1. Pick-Up Orders

1.1 Pick-Up Location & Hours

Pick-Up Hours: Monday To Thursday: 10:00 am To 2:00 pm & Friday: 10:00 am To 4:00 pm

1.2 Pick-Up Discount

Enjoy 3% OFF your entire order when paying by cash or debit card at pick-up.
No minimum order is required for in-store pick-up.


 

2. Payment Terms

  • Orders paid by credit/debit card are charged at the time of purchase.
  • Cash or cheque payments are accepted on delivery or pick-up.
  • EFT, PAD, and NET30 terms are also available for customers. Please contact our Sales Team.

3. Failed Payment Fee

A $35 administrative fee will be charged for each failed transaction.

4. Overdue Accounts

A 2% monthly interest (24% annually) will be applied to any overdue balances.
Please pay invoices on time to avoid service delays.


 

5. Return & Refund Policy

5.1 Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receival.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

5.2 Conditions

  • Returns made after 14 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • No returns accepted if:
    • More than 1 month has passed since the date of receival
    • Items are used, damaged, or not in resalable condition

5.3 Return Process

Email your order number to ordersab@mppl.ca. Our team will inspect the product before issuing credit or a refund.

5.4 Refund Method

  • All payments will be refunded as store credit
  • Unless you are paying with cash or debit, we can refund in oringinal payment method.
