Payment Methods:

We accept various payment methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Cash or Debit Card: Payments made by cash or debit card at pick-up qualify for a 3% discount on your entire order.
  • Credit/Debit Card: Payments are processed at the time of purchase.
  • Cash or Cheque: Accepted on delivery or pick-up.
  • EFT, PAD, and NET30 Terms: Available for customers upon request. Please contact our Sales Team for more information.

Administrative Fees and Interest:

  • A $35 administrative fee will be applied to each failed transaction.
  • Overdue balances will incur a 2% monthly interest rate (24% annually). Please ensure timely payment to avoid service delays.

Moshe Paper & Packaging Returns Policy

 

Eligibility:

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

Product Condition:

Only new, unused products in their original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice will be accepted for return.

Return Methods:

Returns can be made either in-store or by mail. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for return shipping.

Restocking Fees:

Returns made after 14 days from the date of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the product price. No returns will be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since receipt or if items are used, damaged, or not in resalable condition.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will typically be issued as store credit unless the original payment was made by cash or debit, in which case we can refund via the original payment method.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return it and place a new order.
